Great points,

This is so true!!

Thanks for encouraging me to think deeper and be more conscious of this aspect, while I drink my coffee and review todays posts 🙂

I have noticed this and I always make an effort to look for posts that have no comments on them, because I remember how much it bothered me, when no one was excited for me when I was DIY’ing stuff or snapping pics of my ring.

Everything you said is true.  But I think there will always be new bees who will get excited about flowers, invites, etc.  And some of those drama posts are obviously attention-getting devices. Some bees are really in distress and truly want support and advice. But others seem to be posting just to create a stir.

Which I don’t really mind-drama posts are kind of my fav:)  But I prefer to watch most of the time. I tend to reply only to posts where I think I can help in some way and to subjects that I either have knowledge of or am interested in.  But I’m not a “gusher”  or a “welcomer”.  Although I will go out of my way to help someone through, say, a medical or emotional issue if I can.

And this may seem shallow but I will avoid any posts that are badly written or formatted as a solid block of text.
