@CakeyP:  i wish i was handy! an air compressor with attachment sounds like a good idea. hand painting seems a bit tedious. my husband would rather just pay someone for the convenience but i really like crafts and projects so i think i would enjoy the sense of accomplishment. the floors seem a bit overwhelming so i think i’ll tackle one small thing at a time. i figure i can’t mess it up THAT badly with the help of the internet and home depot… right?!
