You are in my thoughts in prayers , as well as everyone involved. I’m so sorry you are going through this!

Well its seems like this has multilayers and issues going on, which makes it hard to tell truth from fiction- especially since he has made false accusations before.

What does your Fiance think? He would probably have a better grasp of his brother and his father- typically sexual abuse isn’t something that just randomly happen way later in life, I would assume it comes from a lot of sketchyness as well as other victims.

how old is Future Brother-In-Law son and what is the child saying – as much as your Father-In-Law may be innocent the child needs to be heard and im hoping he either has nothing to say or is being coached by someone. what sort of person is FBIL’s wife?  could she have her own agenda that is instigating these issues??

*hugs* i cant imagine having to deal with this and i hope its good news for all involved soon

Well, if the child gives a clean bill- is Future Brother-In-Law mentally unstable in some way???? I’m so sorry you’re going through this!

wow, that sounds crazy and im sorry for the family.  the police and doctors know exactly what to look for and how to question the little boy and hopefully they will have an answer soon. sadly i think your Future Brother-In-Law is going to have to hit bottom with his choice of wife before he realizes hes being played but this doesnt help the sadness and pain your inlaws are suffering – a very bad situation all the way round

This stuff is crazy, sounds like some of my family.  I will be sending prayers to your Future Father-In-Law and Future Mother-In-Law.  Molestation accusations are very serious things.  It can ruin someone’s life!  There are a lot of innocent people in jail/registered as sex offenders when they did not do anything at all.  Although, I’m all for listening to and believing a child when they claim they’ve been molested, in your case, I’m thinking that the story has been coached to the child.

How awful for your FIL’s! I hope your Future Brother-In-Law and Future Sister-In-Law get theirs.

@secretlyanon: Is it possible…and I hate to say this…that your Future Sister-In-Law is the one sexually molesting the child? If damage was done to the rectum in the last 48 hours…who else would be doing it?

@strawberryavalanche: I was thinking this too.

As much as I know this is a scary position for your Future In-Laws to be in, I’m feeling scared for that child as well now.

@Koala Bear: Exactly, vagina does not easily come from a child’s mouth. It’s usually some cute fuzzy name. But a grown woman would say that. I’m very concerned OP that perhaps the child isn’t simply being coached, but deflecting the blame. A child wouldn’t want his mother to get in trouble after all.

Wow…that’s all I can really say…that and I’m really sorry that you and your family are going through all of this.  Have your future in-laws and their lawyers considered spinning this around (once the outrageous allegations are dropped) and attempting to get the kids as it would seem they are not in a very healthy environment?

@secretlyanon: While it does sound like Future Brother-In-Law may be mentally unstable, since he seems to be increasingly paranoid, I would ALWAYS take a child seriously when they say they have been molested. Almost every single girl in my family was as a young child, and by different people too. It’s possible he is blaming the wrong person out of fear, and I think you should contact the officer in charge with your concerns, but such a young child does not say things like that or have rectal damage unless someone has truly harmed them, that is almost always true.
