Definitely!! I always want to eat something hearty and savory when I’m getting sick. And dark green vegetables will often become extremely appealing, so having something like a pot of lentils with garlicky swiss chard (since I’m vegetarian) always makes me feel better.

At first I was like..uhh those are untreated diabetes symptoms. But then I realized if you had diabetes you probably would have told us.

Drink lots of fluids. You might be more thirsty than hungry.
