I always get super nervous when I have to present also.  The best way I handle it is I practice my presentation over and over again.  I don’t try to memorize it word for word but I do memorize the main points of it in the correct order.  That way when you’re up there, you have a mini-script for yourself.  Just focus on getting through each point – don’t think about the people out there.  Find one coworker you’re close with and have them be your anchor.  Just look at that coworker if you feel overwhelmed and hopefully by focusing on them you can concentrate.  (It might be good to tell them ahead of time so they know why you’re staring at them).

I know all about having panic attacks.  Just be prepared for your presentation and BREATH!   Deep breaths in, slow breaths out!!!  Feel free to PM me if you need someone to vent to.  I know that sometimes when I feel like I’m starting to have a panic attack that I feel better if I just talk to someone about it and let it all out!

I sympathise. As other bees have said be prepared and remember to breathe so that you don’t rush through it. Best of luck, but you’ll be fine once you start.
