You could get a lace bandeau which would just go around your bust and give you a little coverage in the clevage while still being sexy with the lace =)

if cami under neath is not a good option. could u take it to get altered with some lace? or put a broach pin?

I think a broach or applique might draw more attention there.  I agree with the other bees about a cami.  Not a t-shirt cami, maybe a silky, lace trimmed cami?

As an owner of large boobs, I feel your pain!

 

I, like the others have said, usually wear a dainty singlet top or cami under my low-cut dresses if I’m needing to hide the cleavage. I find a V-neck singlet works well as it covers up most of the cleavage but just leaves enough to still be sexy.

Or, perhaps a sheer shoulder wrap like this:
