    @Owlet: Wear a great blouse and blazer. it’s easy to take that blazer off it you’re over dressed, then feel awkward being under-dressed.

    I would definitely wear a suit jacket/blazer.  At least at the school I attended, the physicians and faculty would often wear suits on a daily basis.  I would rather be over dressed than under dressed on an interview.

    I would wear a suit if you have one (is suit jacket what you’re meaning by blazer?).  A cardigan is too casual for an interview, IMO.

    Blazer for sure.  I don’t know if you have one, but I have a linen blazer that I got for not much and it’s super lightweight.

    @Owlet: I would suggest wearing a matching suit. Non-matching separates are cute for work but for an interview you want to look completely put together and polished. If you have a full suit I’d suggest wearing it.
