I never understood why women complained about this until one night my husband forgot to put the seat down. In a sleepy haze, I fell in. I am totally on board now.

Long ago I made a conscious decision not to let such minor things stress me out.

It only takes one sec to grab a piece of tissue and lower the seat.

In the big scheme of things, there are lots worse things happening out there.

I have also fallen in. I have also done the “I can’t see if it’s down so I put it down and then realize I’m peeing on the lid” thing too.  Awesome.

I don’t understand why men have to lift it – is it really that difficult to pee in a 10 in diameter circle?  12 in diameter is much easier? They still miss.  I don’t get it.

one of the MANY reasons I love Fiance so much… even before we met each other, we both always put down not only the seat, but the lid also! Everyone is happy! (And the bathroom looks tidier. And things are less likely to fall into the toilet…)

I’m a guy and I’m now so well trained, it irks ME when guests to our place leave the seat up!

Fiance ALWAYS leaves the seat up, and I have fallen in several times in the middle of the night. ROFL I have just accepted that he does this and will not change his “evil” ways. I now make sure to turn the light on and check. LOL

Haha, yea I get a little annoyed too. But then I think… they have to put the toilet seat up all the time, so I might as well put it down. Works both ways.
