My parents divorced when I was very little, but we always do something special for DH’s parents, whether sending flowers or a card.

My parents are divorced, and my mom and step dad haven’t had their first anniversary yet!  For SO’s parents we usually watch his sister for the day/night so they can go out or have time to themselves.

I usually buy my parents a gift certificate to go out to dinner or my brother and I have called and paid for dinner at the restraunt where they were having their anniversary dinner.

We don’t do anything for DH’s parents but we aren’t really close.

I send a card if I remember to. If it’s a big one, then maybe flowers

My parent’s are divorced, so no. FI’s parents are still married, but we’ll only send them something if it’s a “special” anniversay.

I always send a card and do something small.  This year I made a photo calendar (more for my mom than my dad, but whatevs).  Gift certificates to dinner are what I usually do.

Maybe if my parents weren’t divorced.

just a card … we used to get them presents …. but my mom’s birthday is two weeks before and mothers day is two weeks after … it was getting crazy.
