I’m very sad I don’t have any pictures of my cat as a kitten.

But here he is, all growed up 16 years later:

(I still can’t believe he’s 16. My family got him as a kitten when I was 11 and I “inherited” him when I moved in with Fiance. He’s basically the best cat ever.)

@Treejewel19: He actually snuggles up like that every morning. He hops up on the bed and boxes me until I’m awake, and then he curls up and goes to sleep (sometimes on top of me). He is full of energy when he’s outside playing though.

@Treejewel19: Thanks, he’s my special boy… He’s an australian shepherd/australian cattle dog but both of his parents were merle colored so he is deaf (thats why he’s so white and his eyes are funky).  He’s probably the best dog I’ve ever had. (ETA: he’s the only dog I’VE ever owned myself… lol)

My dog is still a puppy, but I’m in shock at her growth already, so here she is.

Lucy at 8 weeks

Lucy at 4 months

I can’t believe how much more mature her face already looks!

@Treejewel19: Thanks! She is a rescue dog so we can’t know for sure, but her mom was a min-pin and they think her dad was an Australian shepherd. She definitely embodies the personalities of both breeds, so it seems right on! Although, I don’t really want to think about how the *mating* happened! 😉
