I just got a pair of the Reebok Easy Tones (on sale for $40!!) and I think they are really comfortable but Ive only wore them for a day…. what does everyone else think about them if you have them? Can anyone tell any difference at all?

I love mine! Sometimes I think I ‘feel the burn’ but to be honest, I can’t tell if it’s from the shoes or from the workout. They do seem to help with my posture, which is good enough for me! Also, I’m jealous…I paid more than 40 bucks!! lol

I tried some on yesterday, but really couldn;’t feel a difference at all. They kinda gave me better posture though 🙂

I use the champion brand ones and well i don’t know if they are doing anything as far as toning they are by far the most comfortable pair of sneakers I’ve ever owned. I even wore them all over Disney World.

They aren’t going to noticebly change your body. If you want a better booty, do some sqauts and lunges. I’ve actually read that they can cause injury, too. Seriously, I don’t understand how anybody could think “oh, this pair of shoes is all I need to change my body.”

@missrobots: Well I didnt expect them to change my body, but certain thing can work out certain parts of your body- I just didnt know if anyone could tell a differene in them…

They are soo comfy, but ive had them since may and they definitely don’t tone. Worth the money for a comfortable work out shoe though.

I bought the black Reebok RunTones, they are a little different than the Easy Tones.
The day after I wore them for the first time to the gym, my muscles were sore in different places. Nothing really after that.
I don’t know if they actually do anything, but they are cute. LOL.

My mom has them and she just likes how comfortable they are because the sole is so thick. She says they’re the most comfortable shoes she’s ever worn and she can walk for MILES in them.

They actually tested these types of shoes, and found that wearing them for 8 hours is roughly equivalent to doing 3-5 lunges a day.And like any workout, they lost their effectiveness after a while because the muscles got used to them.
Save your money and do a few lunges a day. Workout fads are rarely earth-shattering.

well they are very comfy shoes whether they are effective or not!
