New Year’s Eve has always been a big deal in Scotland (to the point that there are two days of public holidays afterwards to let people get over the hangover).
So share your pictures of your Hogmanay! Show us what you got up to!
We had tickets to “The Keilidh” at Edinburgh’s Hogmanay so we were out in the cold dancing with almost 3000 other revellers (with another 75,000 out dancing in the streets and the park).

This year was the most laid back NYE we’ve ever had, which was fine because I have a bad cold 🙁 But I still managed to drag myself out of bed and to our friend’s house party, which was great. Here we are right before midnight:

- Wedding: June 2013 - Country Club
No pictures, but we had some cousins over and played games and then kissed at midnight. 🙂
Then I went to sleep because I had to be at work 7 hours later.

We went to FI’s uncle’s (very awkward) wedding. FI’s grandpa officiated and called the bride by the groom’s ex wife’s name.
(That would be my Future Father-In-Law in the background.)
My handsome FI!
Me (right) and my baby Future Sister-In-Law.
Hopefully I’ll have some better pictures off of a camera that’s not on a cell phone.
