Sort of. I was on Ortho Tri-cyclen Lo years ago, and then I switched to Loestrin (Junel is a generic of Loestrin). It wasn’t an immediate switch, but I didn’t really have side effects on either. They’re both low dose, but Junel is a monophasic and OTCL is a triphasic, so it may take a little while for your body to adjust.

I went the opposite way – from a monophasic pill to a triphasic pill, and I didn’t notice anything different at all.
