Qhat do you want out of it. Like lots ofmcoverage,  long lasting coverage,  a natural Finish, etc

For example,  I have really dry skin andnlots of scaring,  so I love foundations with a lot of moisture and a dewy finish and okay coverage.

DaniGirl03 :  have you tried the boots no 7 beautifully matte foundation?  My skin is acne and rosacea prone and it didn’t cause irritation or breakouts and it lasts all day.  I know it’s a drugstore option,  but its worth a shot.

The Lancome teint idole ultra is the next department store foundation I’m going to try,  but I hear it has a natural finish.

Everyone e I know who has tried it raves about Estee Lauder double wear, but I head it can be drying, so I’m not planning to try it.  They also have a double wear light that’s supposed to be good.

Love Estee Lauder Double Wear – normal coverage but light is good too. I always buy the same foundation.

My holy grail foundation is Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk.

It’s light coverage but buildable up to medium.  I use it with the Timeless Smoothing primer and Filtered Light setting powder, both from Tarte.  I also use Giorgio Armani powder and follow MUA Wayne Goss’s recommendation by applying powder before foundation.

The result is a beautiful and flawless lit from within glow that lasts all day. smile

I’m the shade of white out so it’s really hard for me to find foundation. The two I like are Fenty Beauty and the Sephora brand liquid foundation.

Souzie :  My fave is also a lighter coverage, Tom Ford Traceless foundation.

OP, have a look at Lancome’s Teint Visionnaire line. I don’t know if it is super easy to find where you are, but I really liked the coverage before I switched to Tom Ford, and it came with a matching concealer.

Otherwise, I’d also recommend NARS’s concealers. I like their radiant creamy concealer for under eye, which also works well as an all purpose concealer. But they came out with a companion line of soft matte concealers and those are REALLY nice too.

DaniGirl03 :  my favorite full coverage foundation is Urban Decay All Nighter Foundation! It’s full coverage and seriously lasts all day/night! (Especially when paired with the all nighter setting spray!) but it’s definiely amazing even on its own. The only thing is, it does tend to oxidize, so I usually go with a shade or quarter shade lighter (they have .5 and even some .25 colors). I apply it with either a flat top brush or a damp beauty blender, although the beauty blender takes away from the full coverage IMO.

I also really like Kat Von D’s lock it foundation. It’s full coverage as well, but if you use a brush, it can be heavy. When I wear this, I use a damp beauty blender and it provides full coverage without being cakey. A little goes a long way.

As a pp mentioned, Estée Lauder double wear foundation provides decent coverage too, even though it’s not technically full coverage, but it is buildable. I used to wear this, but I have acne-prone skin and I noticed I would break out more when I would wear it, which was unfortunate, because I did like this foundation. I think it’s definitely worth a shot.

A good drugstore option I started using recently is Physician’s Formula The Healthy Foundation. Like the Estée Lauder double wear, it’s more of a medium coverage, but it’s buildable. I either wear it on it’s own, or lately I’ve been mixing it with my Urban Decay All Nighter foundation and they mix beautifully!

For concealer, I either use a light orange-tinted clay concealer by NYX when I want to cover my dark circles, or Maybelline Fit Me concealer to brighten and conceal. And sometimes I use both if I really need them! Haha

Ive mainly used Urban Decay’s primers and really liked them. They have a white one that color corrects and primes, and a pink one that blurs imperfections that I currently use. I’ve also been using these serum drops by Physicians Formula called “rose all day” under my makeup, kind of as a primer, and I love the way it makes my skin look and feel! It’s not necessarily marketed as a primer, but it works great as a primer for me!

Since I do full coverage foundation, I usually go with a lighter coverage or translucent powder just to set the foundation. But I really like any powder in the Physicians Formula line. I’ve also tried Lorac’s powder foundation that I found worked pretty well but didn’t last me that long. And I’ve also tried out Kat Von D’s Lock It powder foundation for a full coverage, and it works amazing! If I want full coverage but don’t have time to apply everything, I swipe on the powder and call it a day!

In case you couldn’t tell, you have a total makeup junkie here! 😉

I use Lancome teint visionnaire. It comes with a concealer and it helps with the dark circles under my eyes. I’ve tried a bunch of foundations including youniques products but I keep coming back to Lancome. I highly recommend it.

The Lancome maquicomplet concealer is hg for me.  It’s so lightweight,  provides coverage,  and doesn’t dry out my undereyes.

It’s very matte and full coverage. I have dry flaky patches and it does cling to those if I don’t exfoliate and moisturize really well before application.

Its also SUPER liquidy, like water almost.

Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk is dewy. Nothing too crazy or greasy- but still far from matte. And yup, it’s recommended often for photographic settings like weddingmakeuo and such. I think you’d like Fenty (available at Sephora). It’s matte but doesn’t look cakey on the people I’ve seen wearing it (never tried myself though as I’m not a fan of matte or full coverage). My current favorite is NARS Radiant something something lol. Forgot the whole name. It’s satin finish, not flat matte but not dewy per say either. You need the tiniest amount for medium coverage and can definitely be built to full easily. Check out Sharon Farrell’s review on it for an oily skin perspective and Karima McKimmie’s review for dry skin perspective. Idk of a Youtube with normal skin and oily T-zone but a few youtube searches will likely help!
