The bunny is in a cage in the lockers? That’s sad 🙁

Poor bunbun! I would go check to see if the bun is still there in a few hours.

Oh poor bunny!  Did the concierge say anything about it?

It could be that they couldn’t have it in the apartment for just a very short period of time. I think it would be wrong to keep it down there long term so I would check up on the bunny to see if it was still there. If I owned a rabbit I wouldn’t want my bunny anywhere that other people could get near it or throw things at it. Having it in a basement locker for even a short period of time would drive me nuts! It would be better to find a bunny sitter if that’s the case.

Bunnies burrow underground anyways so as long as it didn’t look scared it’s probably fine temporarily.  Maybe they’re cleaning out its permanent crate?  Most people crate their bunnies when they’re not in the house so they don’t poop everywhere.

@emilygrace07: This is true. My best friend had a bunny that lived in their apartment. Instead of a hutch they had a dog crate that had a wodden perch and a hanging toy in it. The bunny was allowed to roam the apartment for most of the day and slept in the crate at night or when they went out.
