As the title says; what brand of running shoes do you wear?
I wear New Balance running shoes, simply as I have wide/short feet and they were the only brand of shoes that fit properly and were comfortable. I also ‘roll inwards’ when I walk and they have very good support – Yay.
(Excuse how dirty they are! I run on red dirt roads)

Asics Gel Kayano 17. I bought them because they were 40% off at a sporting goods store that was going out of business. I like them so far, but they are pretty new and I don’t run long distances.
I have small, narrow feet with a slightly high arch and according to my SO, the running expert, I roll in with my right foot.

Brooks Defyance. I have been wearing the same brand/model for the past 10 years! I started wearing them in high school for track, continued for college track and I buy them still when I train for triathlons or 5ks. I love them and they are great for my pronation and low arches. At about $110, they are the most expensive shoes I have EVER bought, but I love them 🙂

Right now I have an old pair of Nikes that I purchased b/c they had the space for the running chip in them. They’re nice enough, and I like the mesh on them for breathability, but now that I’m kicking up my running I want to get some better quality “serious running” shoes, especially since the Nike+Running app on my phone gets rid of the need to buy specifically Nike shoes.

I usually wear the Asic Nimbus.

@bmo88: My SO is a marathoner and he swears by Brooks! I think I’m going with Brooks next time I need shoes!

@bmo88: this is the brand and model that i was recently fitted for. I’m a novice runner (like as of 3 weeks ago). So this whole world of running is new to me.

Asics GT-2170. A relatively new purchase, actually! I love them so far. I’ve had a history of nasty shin splints, and since switching to these, no problems at all.

I wear Brooks and they have been far and away the best running shoes yet 🙂

@bmo88: That is such a good price for running shoes! I paid $220 for mine.
I’ve never even heard of some of these brands, I think Australia’s most popular are Nike and New Balance.
