what is your biggest irrational fear??
I’ll go first. Lizards. can be as big as the komando dragons or as small as the garden lizards. i am terrified. i break down, climb on furniture, sweat, cry, faintect. Though i am perfectly okay with snakes infact i love snakes .

Needles. And snakes. Both make me want to cry, pass out, and/or throw out.

This is a bit morbid. But dying. Less scared of death. How am I going to die? No one knows. I just hope it doesn’t hurt.
I don’t like fireworks, I have serious panic attacks, have collapsed etc. I got hit by one when I was a kid so it’s semi rational. ETA: I’m so scared there was some projected fireworks and I freaked out.
SO is sh– scared of bees. For absolutely no reason. He’s pretty good in public, but when it’s just me he screams and runs away.

@ladyartichoke: my SO is like that with spiders where as i LOVE spiders, used to have a pet huntsman 🙂

Once my mind starts, the thoughts just don’t stop.

Something happening to my dad.

Snakes. I am terrified of them. I can’t even look at a picture of one.

Moths. Yeah…moths. How ridiculouds

@Sarahbear: i can understand moths, i dont like things flying near me. when our parrots got out of their cage i dropped to the ground and covered my head (good defence mechanism yep)

Thunderstorms. I hate the sound of thunder. It’s a full-blown phobia, panic attacks and everything. Very debilitating.
But nothing else, that’s the only thing I’m scared of lol.

millipedes. I will completely flip out…. screaming, crying, gagging, running away like a crazy woman etc.
Im absolutely disgustedterrified of them!
Im the same way with heights; flying doesnt bother me but looking over the edge of a balcony, even watching movies like spiderman where they swing around between buildings, ferris wheels makes my stomach flip.

Fear? Zombies, but only the “dead” ones, ones that have like come up out of a graveyard or something. They have to be rotting to be scary, not like the virus ones that are popular nowadays.
Irrational fear? Being a customer in a restaurant right before they are about to close. I know, it’s so weird, but if they are closing in like an hour I won’t go in…I’m afraid they’re going to hate me because they’re trying to close! Fiance makes fun of me so much for this. Funny thing is, I work in a cafe, too, and it doesn’t bother me that much when our customers come in later, haha.

Something happening to a loved one (death), but I’m not sure thats “irrational” thats pretty scary. Otherwise, honeycomb shaped things or clusters of things.

Storms! My top priority while house hunting will be if it has a basement!

The ones that have the power to keep me up at night are something happening to Darling Husband or my mom or dad or my best friend.
The one I talk about the most has to be my very real fear of fish :/.
