Turkey burgers and sweet potato tots. I’m tired and Darling Husband is cooking so it’s gotta be simple.

Pesto chicken stuffed shells with broccoli – I’ve never made it before but I’m thinking it’s going to be delicious!

I thought we were doing steak, rice and asparagus but then I remembered it was Pancake Tuesday and I jump on any excuse for breakfast for supper! So I think we’ll have pancakes and bacon and some fruit on the side.

Well it’s 18:30 here so we’ve just had dinner. My SO got a half day at work so he went to the butcher and made me stew for dinner.

Now this is a man who doesn’t make any food, doesn’t cook, etc, so I was really pleasantly suprised and I loved not having to worry about dinner when I got in from uni ๐Ÿ™‚

I have a pot roast in the crock pot with some carrots. And mashed sweet potatoes! I can’t wait to go home to smell my house!
