My fiance is supposed to finish work at 9pm.
It’s now nearly 6.30am here and he hasn’t turned up at home.
At 10pm I got a text saying that he’d be a bit late.
As he works in a restaurant it sometimes happens that they run over with customers not leaving, so I gave it a couple of hours.
At 1.30am I got on my motorbike and rode to his workplace. His workplace is in the middle of nowhere, with one road that leads to and from the restaurant, and as he sometimes leaves last I thought that maybe he might have come off his motorcycle, but noone would have known.
I rode his route there and back, got in at 2.30 and he hadn’t come back. His workplace was locked up and dark, and his bike wasn’t parked outside in the usual spot.
His phone’s battery never lasts the day (stupid iphones) so his phone’s been dead since about 10.30pm and I can’t contact him.
I text the few of his friends and family members that I could find the numbers of, but so far no luck.
I’ve just finished texting my friend who’s a police woman, to see if she can find out if anything’s happened to him.
I’m just in a right state at the moment, there’s noone I can contact right now, so here I am – back on weddingbee, just looking for a nice rational person to tell me to chill out and stop stressing.
Obviously I’m hoping that he’s not hurt in anyway, not in the hospital or prison, but if he’s totally fine and just went out for the night without telling me – well who the feck does that?
I’ve posted on here before about some problems we were going through, so I know that some of the bees think he’s a bit of a dick, but he’s pulled his socks up since then, turned it around and we’ve been a whole lot better. I love him more than anything, and the past few hours have been total hell.
If he turns up at whatever time today, without a decent explanation, I will rip him a new one. At the same time, I don’t want him to be hurt or in trouble.
Gah, not loving stuff at this moment in time!
