Hello, I am thinking of having my wedding at The Harold Pratt House which rental is $7,500 for a Saturday in August in 2014. If you have hosted your wedding there or can recommend vendors please can you share their names and prices? I have contacted Marcia Selden Catering & Event Planning (one of their recommended vendors) and they quoted a $165-180 p/p for staff, hors d’oeuvres, appetizer, entrée, breads, cheese course, dessert, and coffee. I am looking for a caterer that can provide the staff, food and alcohol for an open bar for 80-100 guests at a much more reasonable rate as the price quoted does not include alcohol. Also, any additional stories/prices of items you had to hire (tables, linen, etc..) would be helpful. I live abroad so any information is greatly appreciated.

I also looked at 3 West Club. Deposit is $1,500 with packages at $145, $170, $190 and $225 per person. Plus tax, 20% admin and additional gratuity. Ceremony is $1,000. There is a minimum food spent of $14,500 for a Saturday. There is no bridal suite but you can use one of their extra rooms for $1,000.
