They played at my friend’s wedding a couple years ago and were AWESOME.  The only time I’ve ever gone up to a band at the end of the wedding and asked for their card!  I think the particular band was Night Moves.

Hi! I am going with Hank Lane music for my wedding – they have a variety of different bands, but the ones we heard (and the one we are going with) are great – they sing a variety of music and sound just like the originals!

We had the Sarah Scott Orchestra from Starlight Orchestras and they were absolutely amazing! I was just watching our video the other night and I actually teared up watching people dancing at our reception because there was so much happiness and joy in the room. Sarah is wonderful to work with and their range is incredible. http://www.starlightorchestras.com/

I can recommend a very good band who played live music with a 5 piece ochestra at my sister wedding in April. They were very eager to accomodate for the perfect party and offered my sister to tailored made band size etc… So my sister choose 5 musicians plus the vocalist.

The band vocalist called Doug Acosta has an amazing voice and he also has shows in venues in NYC.

I will definitly book them for my own wedding and can highly recommend them. They provided first class entertainment and kept everybody dancing and feedback from all guest was very positive.

Here it is Doug Acosta website so you can contact him for inquiries:

Best wishes for your wedding and have a fabulous party.

We used The Rhythm Shop http://www.therhythmshopband.com/ .  David was just incredible and easy to work with.  Our first dance and my father/daughter dance were songs they had to learn and they sounded better than the original singer for our first dance.  The energy and sound they brought to the table was just what we were looking for.  People were dancing the entire night and the music didn’t stop – they played easy listening music while people were eating (not pre-recorded).  I would recommend them to anyone.
