We are in the caterer selection phase and want to get an idea of what people ended up spending with NYC caterers –
This is for
– food (hors d’oeuvres, 3-course plated meal)
– staff, service
– rentals (tableware, chairs etc)
– flowers or "event planning"
– tax, tip
Obviously this depends on what types of food you choose, but would be great to get some ballpark figures.
We are getting quotes in the $100-$120/head range for catering & appx $40 – $50/head for staff.
