My husband had a Dirty Delete connection through people he knew at work.  They have used this guy for years!  He went and bought my ring there and we have been so happy with the ring, the stone and the quality of the setting.  I brought my ring to my jewelers here and he commented on how well the ring is made!  We also got my wedding band from him, too.  He and his wife worked quickly and efficiently to size my wedding band and mail it over night.  His wife followed up to tell me it was mailed and also asked me to call her to let her know when I got it.  Basically, it’s a family friendly business that cares and does fantastic work.

Here is their contact information:

His name is Sam.  Give him a call and tell him what you are looking for and he will help you.  You will have to be explicit with what you want (ie: stone size/color/cut/clarity) and he will get it for you if he doesn’t have it.  Bring pictures.  Since you are in NY, you can get back and forth there frequently (at least it sounds that way).  I am from CT, so when we go, we go to buy that day.  lol

Also, if he doesn’t have a setting you like, he has a friend with a booth right across from him that you can also look in and the same discount applies there.  I found my wedding band at his friend’s shop.  The pricetag on it was $5500 and we paid $2200.

Also, if you go there, go ALL THE WAY to the BACK of the first floor store (where you enter) and take the stairs to go downstairs.  Sammy is directly at the bottom of the stairs to the right.  It’s easy to miss in all the diamond booth craziness!

Congratulations and good luck!  🙂

@Sofiebee:  I did quite a bit of research on Pricescope and when I went to the Dirty Delete I went to ID jewelry and Sea Wave Diamonds. My ring came from Sea Wave. We went three days before Christmas so it was just too packed to shop around anymore and My Fiance isn’t from the NYC either so he was too frustrated.

@Sofiebee:  they are literally right across the street from Sea Wave. My Fiance did NOT like ID bc of where it was. It wasn’t its own store but they (Yeuketiel) are highly recommended on Pricescope. A lot of other places that are recommended don’t have the settings alreAdy made and my Fiance is in the military so we didn’t have time for a custom ring. Good luck!

@Sofiebee:  No problem!  I have also heard good things about both places @gelaine22 mentioned, too!  Have FUN!  🙂
