Check out Carol Moore of Starry Night.  Her and DJ Gaza were my top two (I went with Carol).

I also second Carol Moore (not sure of her prices though) – she was the DJ at my sister’s wedding, and she was wonderful!

Colleen will run you an extra $50 – though she may work within your budget and just reduce her time (she works in six hour block).

Super cool, really easy to get along with and not cheesy at all.  I liked her from go and booked her.  I also met with Colorblind Productions; it was a hard choice because I liked them too and they are definitely in your budget, but opted for Colleen instead.  GL.

Hey there – not sure if you’ve already booked a DJ but just wanted to throw my 2 cents. DJ Gaza is awesome. I wasn’t sure about it as we had met a few others that I didn’t really mesh with and my Fiance and I both kinda fell in love with him and booked him a few weeks ago. Super professional and was great to chat with about music- he has a flat rate, I believe, but I get the feeling if he can’t work with you, he can help you find someone who can.
