Are you in the TWW? I am and am having these same symptoms, I also have had similiar symptoms leading up to AF minus the dizziness, let’s hope these are good signs 🙂

The cramps I get when I ovulate is more like a very sharp twinge of pain on one side. The cramps I got last time I was pregnant were lots of flutters and twinges, but nothing major. It just seemed like “extra’ activity, throughout the day, for about a week before I expected my period.

I get a lot of cramps during my cycle and have been pregnant once (but miscarried) and have experienced O cramps, implantation cramps and PMS/period cramps.  They all feel like a variation of one another with period cramps being the most intense.

My O cramps last the day of ovulation and are a little sharper than my period cramps but feel almost the same as period cramps (mittleschmertz).  I also get a few stabby pains in the ovary area.

The day that I implanted I spotted and also felt like I had my period.

I too, have had all three types of cramps.  O cramps are sharper, but they’re like stabbing pains, whereas my period cramps are more like constant pain.  O cramps were enough where I grabbed my side and said “Ow”.  They were always localized on one side or the other, where my period ones are right smack in the middle.

Implantation cramping felt JUST like my period.  So much so that I complained to Darling Husband that I was getting my period a week early.
