I saw this idea in a budget book and it absolutely rocked my world. 3 brides got together and purchased all the plates, silverware, glasses, and, I think, table clothes, that they would need for each of their weddings. Then at each wedding, the other two girls would collect and clean the used dishes afterwards so the bride never had to stress about it. They split the cost of purchasing and storing, then sold what they didn’t want to keep and divided the profits.
It ended up being about half the price of 1 regular wedding for them to do all 3 of them.
