I am doing a list and b list (because of lack of space).
We will be sending our A list invites by the end of the week. We were wondering if an RSVP date by July 15 is too early?
We were also wondering what a good RSVP date for b list would be.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

They told me when I ordered that 6 weeks is pretty standard RSVP time. So I put August 15th. Since you are sending out two sets I guess July 15th would be good for the first set and August 15th for the second set.

We’re the week later but we won’t be sending our invites out until the end of July with an RSVP date of September 1st.

I actually thought Sept 1st too, but they told me 6 weeks was the norm so I changed it. Well I’m sure everyone will not respond by the August 15th anyway. I just went with what was suggested.

September 1st most likely, I don’t need the final guest count too early so that still gives me 2-3 weeks to contanct anyone who doesn’t rsvp by the deadline.

I was married last Oct 1st, and we did Aug 15th, it really helped to have a few weeks before the wedding to contact any guests who didn’t rsvp, so we could get the final head count to our vendors.

i was very curious about this too! as far as july 15th, it might be a little early for some people to have planned travel/vacation time approved etc- but not sure if you have a lot Out of Town guests though.
i ws thinking sept 1st. but i like the idea of aug 31, just becuase i feel like people will have it in their heads that they need to RSVP in aug so they might get it done sooner. i’m worried about having to hunt ppl down for their responses.
