I’m October 29, too!! We’re throwing in some Halloween elements into the mix too because it’s our favorite holiday — like fake vampire teeth as gag gifts on the tables 🙂 We think they’ll make for some pretty amazing/funny/fun pictures!

I am planning on using pumpkins to tie in the fall/halloween aspect into the wedding.  I plan on carving out baby pumpkins and adding tea light candles to the centre. I would like 3-4 per table as part of the candle themed centerpieces. I would also like to have our wedding date carved into pumpkins and have them outside the ceremony site.

I’m October 29th and I’m really considering using a fall colored bouquet for my wedding on the beach

Anyone else completely freaking out now that we’re officially less than 7 months away? I wrote out the list of everything I have to do and it’s overwhelming! There’s only 10 or 15 things left but paying for them and getting them taken care of is stressful since I live 2 hours away from the location.

I’m a October 29th bride as well. We are having a traditional ceremony but having a Halloween costume party reception! It’s always been our favorite holiday. We’re going to have some extra time between the ceremony and reception so people can change into costumes (everyone is coming from out of town, so everyone will be able to go to their hotel rooms). Some of the fun touches to the reception will be a candy bar, a dress up photobooth, seasonal flowers and each table will be named after a scary movie. Our inviations (which I am designing!) are inspired by old scary/ B movie posters. So excited!

Steering FAR from Halloween theme! We originally wanted to get married on June 12, 2011, because it’s the anniversary of the day we started dating, and also the day he proposed to me! But…. we had to push back to be able to save some more money and do things more feasibly. Oh well, the important part is that we’ll be married in the end, no matter what! Have fun with your halloween parties though, they do sound fun!

I’m Oct. 30th.  So excited.  We are playing around with the idea of having a costume party rehersal dinner, and then sticking with straight up fall for the reception.  I really wanted to carve pumpkins with our table numbers for each centerpeice but it got vetoed because it was too “Halloweeny”.

We are also getting married on October 29, 2011! Orange and purple are my wedding colors :)!! I love halloween and so does my Fiance, we met at a halloween party in 2008 so of course we will be adding a halloween touch to it.  Also, my Fiance brought this up, Our wedding is two days before halloween, usually people will throw their halloween parties on the saturday before, so assuming people will be missing halloween parties to be at our wedding, we do want it to be somewhat halloween like.

We are going to use alot of pumpkins. i even found pictures of pumpkins that were spray painted in gold tones!! it looks sooo good!!! if i can find those pictures i will share them.

We are having a Pumpkin Carving Costume Party the night before the wedding in lieu of a rehearsal dinner.  The carved pumpkins will be displayed around the grounds of the venue (a farm) for a bit of a Halloween touch to the wedding, though the main themes will be autumn and New Orleans.  I’m as nervous about my costume as I am about my dress!
