I think I’m going to try doing *something* whether it be a workout video, yoga class, even a quick run; one thing a day for the month of September.
Anyone want to join me?
We can come back and post every day what you did and keep each other accountable! (or at least feel like we are.)

I started really working out and watching what I eat in July. But I’m in for this, too! I need all the support I can get! I work out (swim, treadmill, yoga, powerwalk, Wii Fit) at least 4 times a week if not 6. No more desserts really, no ice cream, cakes, candy bars allowed at home. Let’s support each other!

@teacherin200829:Congrats to you and your will power! I’ve been ‘losing 3 lbs’ since I bought my dress back in March. I’ve gained 3 instead. It’s REALLY not that much weight, and there is no reason I can’t lose the *now* 6 lbs by 3rd week of Oct. i have no excuses!!

I will! My wedding passed a few months ago and I’ve put on some pounds 🙁 I made my goal weight for the wedding and would love to get back to it, so yup, I’m in.

I’d like to lose more weight, but since my dress is being taken in a little bit in the chest and it fits perfectly everywhere else at the moment I am afraid that if I lose too much weight, the dress won’t fit me anymore. I really need to maintain my current weight.

I am in!!! I started my wedding workouts about a month ago but I could really use some more support. October is coming up fast!!! Unfortunatly my bachelorette party is September 3-5 and I know there is pizza and mexican food in my future. It feels like another excuse pushing it off a few days!!

I’m in! I lost 40 pounds a year ago before I went dress shopping and have gained back 8. My final dress fitting is today, and I’m PETRIFIED it won’t fit. I think it still will and I have a few weeks to get it back close or at least within 3-4 of my goal weight, but I’m still so depressed. I used to run every single day and ate so well. Now I’ve not been eating really well, have been drinking regular soda, and haven’t had any time to work out.
I think I’m joining a gym in my workplace today even if it’s expensive. I just have no time otherwise than to do it right before work or on my lunch break.

I’ll play! I want to lose 6 more lbs to get to my goal weight – I’ve lost 9 in the last 5 weeks, so I’m hitting that plateau part now, and need some support to push through! 27 days til my 1 year anniversary and I want to look HOT in Mexico for our anniversary trip!

I started off good last week and by wednesday (didn’t make it far!!!!!) I was slacking. I made all my own (mostly healthy) meals last week, but I didn’t work out every day. Boo.
This morning I had a bran muffin and a cup of earl grey tea. Hopefully I can find something healthy for lunch, which is hard, because there’s a food court in our building with obvious bad choices (but SO TASTY!)
Tonight I’m doing Ripped in 30!
Are any of you on my fitness pal?? my handle is skullcandie.
PS. I’m so worried about my shower (which is this weekend!) and all it’s good food, and a girlfriend night coming up. Then the bachelorette!? how do you control yourself? or do you just work out extra?

I have been doing the 17 Day Diet since August 1 and lost 7.5 lbs, I had lost 6 prior to that through a bootcamp. Now I am starting the 30Day Shred and sticking with 17 Dirty Delete until the big day in 33 days! 🙂

I’m in! I have a Wii Fit and the 30 DS, so I think I will alternate those 2 with maybe a nice long walk outside too
