Yay!!!!!!!!!!! I’m a 10-10-10 bride too! We’re getting married in the Connecticut College Arboretum right on the pond. The leaves will be beautiful and the weather will be amazing. (The power of positive thinking) I picked the date because it’s a 3 day weekend and I will have Monday off to recover. Plus our venue was 1,000 cheaper on Sunday than on Saturday. And it just so happened to be the best date ever! 10-10-10!!!!!!!!!!!

Another 10/10/10 bride here!!!
We just got engaged on my birthday 9/26 (talk about a great bday present!). I was considering 7/10 but I couldn’t get 10/10/10 out of my head and then when I found out it is a holiday weekend I was sold.
We booked our ceremony/reception today so its official and we have decided to go on a cruise for our honeymoon. As luck would have it there is one departing from Galveston on 10/11!!!
I am so excited!!!

Add me to the list of 10.10.10 brides! Another fun tidbit: it’s considered an auspicious day to marry in both the Chinese Lunar Calendar and the Japanese Rokuyo Calendar.
I’m having a hard time with venues near our town so we may opt for a Saturday night dinner followed by an early morning ceremony. It sounds a little odd, but ours will be a casual, intimate affair and so I’m hoping it will be alright. Yes, pray for nice weather!!!
(But I’m looking for a pretty umbrella just in case )

Hello Everyone I am new here. My FH and I are getting married on 10/10/10, I had the date picked before he asked me…LOL After he asked me, I had everything booked within two weeks. I went to get my wedding dress, gave them my date and they stated that there was about 150 dresses (brides, brides maids, moms and flower girls) going out that day alone for that date. I knew then that I couldn’t wait to book everything that I needed. Now that it’s all done, I can’t wait for it to get here!!!!!
