Big news for us, we just signed the lease to an apartment last night, and that’s I think when it sunk in, like holy cow we are getting married! SOON!
I’m in the middle of 3 projects right now, just about to finish my invites (we will send them out first week in August), DIY hangers, see my other post to see pictures, and I just got my letters in the mail for my DIY monogram cake topper, so I’m going to start glueing rhinestones on them asap!
What is everyone else currently working on?

Yay yay yay!
The invites are at the printer’s and so that’s our big one. Trying to get Fiance to work on the guest list – particularly how many each family will be and how to address them…and put it into a mail merge. We still need to rent a car for the wedding day – Fiance wants a classic car of some sort. Decide on food for our buffet dinner. Order the odds and ends, including glow necklaces for the dance floor!!!!
I worked on some DIY projects and have more to come…making trips to Michael’s since the fall stuff is coming out now. We bought our wedding bands. We’re still deciding who to ask to read what in our ceremony, do the blessing, be a greeter, etc.
I can’t believe we’re getting so close!! Ahhhh ladies the next months will fly by (here’s hoping!).

Wow. I’m a moron. I thought I was the one who typed that. I meant to correct me, not you. Haha. Carry on.

I KNOW!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!
right now i have a to do list a mile long. invites and some wedding-related posters are currently being printed, i’m picking ceremony music, and i’m starting on my bridesmaid presents/accessories. i’m also trying to find a good rehearsal dinner location which is turning out to be way hard because Future Mother-In-Law says we’re going to have 75 people at it… WHAAAAAAAAAAT?? that was originally how big i wanted our wedding to be!

@elliestan:Same thing here, I think we are going to have like 50 people at our rehearsal, which is A LOT for us! But I think what we decided is just to have Noodles and Company “cater” it, everyone loves Noodles, plus its fast and cheap!

Any Brides in the north planning on a wrap or a shawl? I am really not sure what to expect weather wise this time of year, it could be 80 or snowing. I am not a fan of gloves, I looked at etsy.com for some different wrap ideas. I am trying to decide betwen ivory to match my dress, or brown to match the bridal party and theme colors? Anybody wearing one?
