I just realized that I put the wrong cycle length into my fertility app :O I actually am expected to O on September 19th putting my POAS day on October 3rd (14dpo), although I may end up testing earlier.

I got AF today, and I have never been more excited. LOL. Seriously, I’m in such a good mood today despite the cramps–this means a fresh start for us. Early August was a MC for me at 8 weeks and I struggled more than I thought I would. I had a chemical on the previous “real” cycle. My OB advised me to wait to try until AF came, so this is a “real” start again!

Your age/partner’s age: 31/27

Baby #: 1

Current Cycle Day/DPO: 1!

Ovulation Date: Expecting it to be around CD 13/14 if the MC hasn’t changed things for me. September 18 or 19.

POAS Date: October 4. This will be one day past my missed period if my cycles haven’t changed. I am scared of getting my hopes up and POAS too early, so I will wait til an actual missed period. Unless I am symptom spotting and can’t wait. LOL, okay, this has a legitimate possibility of happening.

Usual Cycle Length: 28 days.

Cycles Trying: 3

BFP Plan (BD timing, charting, prenatals, supplements, etc.): BD timing, prenatals

Trying anything new this month? BD a lot more, actively making sure we do it earlier before my estimated O and later when I think it is. Checking CM more actively, too. I’ve gotten pregnant twice now–I just haven’t been able to stay pregnant. πŸ™ I’m hoping our timing method works again this time, but if not, I will get some OPKs for next month since I’m worried that the MC may have changed my timing. I’m almost positive I O’d 8/26 (I usually can tell bc I have twinges on one side or the other, but this one was pretty painful which I read can happen after a MC), so I was actually expecting AF later than this. I’m excited to see AF, not excited things could be “off” with me.

For fun – what are you going to do this month besides TTC? Heading up north for my dad’s 60th birthday party and really hoping to have some good family time. I had *just* told my parents and my sister before I had the MC last time, and then I had to share bad news almost immediately after. They were all so sad, which made it even harder for me. I just want to create some good, happy memories with them. Also, FOOTBALL. Big NFL fan. Hoping it will be a welcome distraction!

First timer here and another long time lurker laughing

Your age/partner’s age:  32/38

Baby #: 1

Current Cycle Day/DPO: CD3

Ovulation Date: September 24-27

POAS Date: October 11

Usual Cycle Length: ~38 days…I think. I had my Mirena removed on July 26th and had a 7 day AF which started July 28th. My periods pre-BC years were 7 days but I dont know how long my cycles were. I had Mirena for 5 years and prior to that, used nuva-ring for years. I’ve read that post IUD rermoval cylces can be longer and it may take a few months to regulate. If my cycles are really on this longer spectrum of normal, temping and OPKs will be really important to hone in on O day.

Cycles Trying: This is our first

BFP Plan (BD timing, charting, prenatals, supplements, etc.): Prenatals, temping, OPKs (Wondfos and ClearBlue Advanced OPK) start BDing EOD with first sign of high fertility

Trying anything new this month? nope

For fun – what are you going to do this month besides TTC? working on my fashion/lifestyle blog, and other social media outlets.

Sorry the font is giant, had to copy and paste from my phones notes section 🀷‍♀️

Your age/partner’s age: 27/29

Baby #: 1

Current Cycle Day/DPO: CD1

Ovulation Date: FF is showing Sept 22 which would be CD17.

POAS Date: Oct 6

Usual Cycle Length: have been closer to 30-33 lately

Cycles Trying: this will be #3 actively trying, plus 2 NTNP prior

BFP Plan (BD timing, charting, prenatals, supplements, etc.):  OPKs, PreSeed, Mucinex, EOD BDing starting CD14 until +OPK then daily x3

Trying anything new this month? Hopefully better timing of BD this month

For fun – what are you going to do this month besides TTC? We are going on vacation to California! Also hoping to go apple picking before my POAS date πŸ™‚

I’m already in the Sept thread but feeling like I’m out as I got a positive solid smiley today and we won’t get a chance to BD until late evening CD12. My CM is super egg whitey so feeling like I’m wasting this month away. At least I’m learning more about my cycle right? #StayPositive

Your age/partner’s age:  35/36

Baby #: 1

Current Cycle Day/DPO: CD11 (September)

Ovulation Date: According to FF, I should O on CD14/Sept 9th of this month. So for Oct it should be 10/7.

POAS Date: 10/22

Usual Cycle Length: Before TTC it was around 26 days. This past month it was 28.

Cycles Trying: this will be the 3rd

BFP Plan (BD timing, charting, prenatals, supplements, etc.): Prenatals, BD timing, OPK

Trying anything new this month? This will be our first month with no travel around our fertile window, so we really want to BD every day to up our chances. If it doesn’t happen for Sept, feeling really good about Oct.

Link to your chart if charting: N/A

For fun: What are you going to do this month besides TTC? Will be attending a conference during the TWW and Mother-In-Law will also be in town. That should keep me fully distracted during the wait.

Your age/partner’s age: 25 / 27

Baby #: 1

Current Cycle Day/DPO: I tend to have long cycles, about 43 days, so I’m on day 13 right now

Ovulation Date: 9 / 22

POAS Date: 10 / 7

Usual Cycle Length: 43 days

Cycles Trying: we tried for a year without any luck, I loved being on these boards for all of the love and support! Then we took a year off to just let life calm down a bit and focus on our health, so two years later,  here we are starting cycle 13, but I think it sounds a bit more optimistic to say we’re back at cycle 1! πŸ™‚

BFP Plan (BD timing, charting, prenatals, supplements, etc.): I was just tested for PCOS and it came back negative, which I am so incredibly grateful for! The doc suggested doing OPKs to see if I really am ovulating. Going to take it easy and try not to get too excited this first round

Trying anything new this month?  We’re doing whole30 to help detox and maybe shorten my cycles again. Doc said if I’m able to lose a little weight by December, I can see a fertility specialist for some recommendations, so there’s a light at the end of the tunnel!

For fun – we are excited for college football season Saturday’s!! πŸ™‚

Best of luck bees, so happy to be back on the boards!! 😘

novemberreign :  I think that sounds like a good timing plan! We are probably going to try SMEP again. So EOD starting at CD 8. I’ve been getting positive OPK on CD 14 or 15 so will do every day for three in a row starting then. Didn’t work for us last month, but maybe this month!

The month of my ectopic we BDd the two days before and day of positive OPK and then not again until 4 days after my positive OPK. So not sure how that worked… lol

Well, here I am again.lol

Your age/partner’s age:  25/25

Baby #: 1

Current Cycle Day/DPO: CD 4

Ovulation Date: There is no telling with me

POAS Date: Oct 4th

Usual Cycle Length: 28-36 days

Cycles Trying: 14 I think… I’ve lost count at this point

BFP Plan (BD timing, charting, prenatals, supplements, etc.):

Currently taking 150 mg of clomid, and 1500mg of Metformin. We will use OPKs just because I have to go in for 21 day draws and need to have a better idea of LH surge to get my second draw.

Trying anything new this month?

They upped my clomid again. We should have been doing our IUI this month, but my progesterone was too low (for the third time) So I’m crossing my fingers for next month!

For fun – what are you going to do this month besides TTC?

DH finally starts his new schedule on the 18th!! So I plan to just enjoy every extra minute we get! So excited!
