NMom17 :  I think most bees get a crazy cycle when starting TTC. Mine decided not to ovulate the first month trying, so there’s that, ha! It was very disheartening but helped me take a step back and try to de-stress as much as possible in following cycles. The more I stress the more delayed O becomes. The last two months trying out of 4 were my most chill and regular months TTC. Good luck to you!

NMom17 :  ugh. I am in the same boat, cycle day 38 of a normal 30 day cycle all tests are negative. Ugh. I just want to try again. Some cramping today so maybe she is on the way… ? Who knows. I have an appointment tomorrow so we will see.

I’m in the same boat as everyone else!! CD 41 or usual 34 day cycles. All negative tests and I had cramping Monday and thought AF was starting and nothing. I think I had late O on the 1st, test strip was super dark and ewcm tipped me off or I swear I ovulated much earlier. I’m trying not to get frustrated, but it’s beyond annoying that my cycles want to be screwy. 😭

ahartig :   zcuriousbuzzybee :  NMom17 :  This sucks!!! I just wanna know either way… so frustrating. I’m on CD34 today normally 27-28 day cycles… 4 days late.

Huge temp drop this morning so I’m assuming AF will show up tomorrow. 🙁

The waiting is horrible. Started having some potential symptoms today but trying not to overthink things.

Hey ladies!

I’m late to this party, but I’m feeling really good about this month, so I’m adding to the roll call for the first time in a very long time!

Darling Husband and are coming up on our 6th anniversary next month  I’ve been off birth control since just after our first anniversary.  We haven’t really been trying, but certainly not preventing anything either.

When I turned 38 this year, it occurred to me that I only had 2 years if I wanted a baby before 40.  I’ve always had somewhat erratic cycles, but doctors didn’t seem concerned

This month, we tried OPK to make sure we got our timing right.  I got a smiley face on Tuesday and yesterday and it was negative today, so I take that as a good sign.  We DTD both nights, so that’s also good!  And today, I got some spotting which I assume is ovulation spotting (not unusual for me).  I’m feeling very hopeful for this month!

Anyway, that was a very long winded intro to this roll call! 🙂

Your age/partner’s age: Me – 38, Him – 44

Baby #: 1

Current Cycle/DPO: Today is CD20

Ovulation Date: Yesterday? Today?

POAS Date: Oct 24

Usual Cycle Length: 30-35 days

Cycles Trying: I’ve lost track!  We’ve been taking a very casual approach for several years now, but lately, my clock is ticking so loud!

BFP Plan (BD Timing, supplements, charting, prenatals, etc.):  OPK and way better timing!

Trying anything new this month?: OPK

Link to your chart if charting: This is the plan for next month

For fun – Favourite TV series right now?  Good Doctor

Anyone else frustrated by how many early pregnancy symptoms are the same as pre-period symptoms? 9 DPO here and was feeling super PMS-y and cranky today, I usually get that about a week before my period which would about now. But it says mood swings can ALSO be an early pregnancy sign. So, I might be out, might not be at this point. But trying to stay calm since I know if I am actually pregnant the stress won’t help!
