I know! This is probably the last month mark where I won’t be totally flipping out. Once we hit 90 days, I will be FREAKING out. So weird that we’re coming down the stretch!

I ditto “Looking forward to Oct 23rd”… So many things to do and feels like crunch time but I have help so it’s not to bad. Today I picked up the flower girls dresses (awww.. so cute) and I love them.  I just looked at the clock and realized in exactly 4 months from this moment I’ll be married. That sounds so weird… but I like it.

Hello fellow 22nd Bee’s πŸ™‚ today I found some little glass pot pourrie bowls and miniture champagne classes as well as small pretty glass vases all 20c each from a local op shop (thrift store). I also bought 15 mtres of white organza which was about 2 metres wide that was only $4! I am having the reception in the marquee and the organza will be use for draping. The little vases and glasswear I am going to make some centrepieces with cherry blossoms, floating candles, little led lights (its still all in my head lol). basically things I find in the garden and lights and glassware.

Yay October 22! We are officially down to less than 4 months to go. And believe it or not, other than getting my gown altered when it gets here in August, all that’s left is to buy my shoes and for Fiance to buy our wedding bands.. Im actually kinda sad that I have no more DIY’s, no more plans to put it to motion, no more nothing left to buy or do. At the same time, Im relieved that our beautiful day is all coming together without any problems or glitches and it’s going to be amazing. All we get to do now is finish paying the venue..and.. umm.. wait!   The scary part is that we picked our wedding date on June 3rd, and here we are 3 weeks later, and we are finished. Thank you OCD! You sure know how to get sh*t DONE!

@TeamMcGowan: wow! you are amazing! I am impressed! (don’t get me started on what I have to do– order invitations, get final alterations, make bms order their dresses, make men get fitted, meet with florist, etc…)

@TeamMcGowan: How ’bout a trip to San Diego to help me with my DIY projects… lol. I also am impressed with your timely production of your DIY’s. Have you taken any pics? I’d love to see/hear what you’ve done.

@Ill Be Mrs B:

Thank you ladies πŸ™‚  I cant figure out myself how all the planning went so fast and easy, It might have to do with the fact that the venue included everything except the cake, flowers, minister and photographer, so thats all we had to book. They even include the DJ and the catering for the whole 9 hrs we have the place! Of course there was the usual favors, invitations, cardbox, attire, shoes, attendant gifts, rings, jewelry, hair and makeup, etc, but I am not lying, its all been done.

I DIY’ed our cardbox, invitations, bubbles, and favors. I think the only thing I have posted here is the cardbox and the favors. I even impressed myself on that cardbox one! I did forgot that we still have to do our engagement portraits on July 16..and those are going to be awesome as we are shooting at the old Colorado Train Museum. We also have our first coordinating meeting with our venue next Sunday, so depending on what they design for our centerpieces (they are included in venue) I may be buying some tid bits here and there to help with that. Woot woot!!  Otherwise, I am free.. send me an airline ticket and Im on my way. I just need to be back october 21st! hehe
