We are now officially getting married this week! (Well it’s Monday in Aus I know some of you are still in Sunday!)
So exciting! How does everyone feel? It’s still a little surreal for me but i’m getting more excited every day – we’ve got family here from all over the world so it was nice to spend the weekend with them, and when i see most of them next it will be at the wedding!
Just need to have my last minute beauty appointments on friday – nails and spray tan etc and that’s it!
this time next week we’ll all be wives!

@Missy_Star: Woo so exciting! I just got saw one of our wedding guests and was so excited to say “See you Saturday” to her!!
I have a couple things going on at work this week that I’m anxious about, but once those are taken care of it will be all excitement for the wedding! Hard to believe that this time next week it’ll all be over.

I know it’s going to be a weird feeling waking up on Sunday as a married woman and the wedding is all over. So much planning and stress and it’s all going to be over in the blink of an eye!

You just made my stomach drop!
im super excited but it does feel real now.
Luckily I’ve taken this entire week off work (which I’m also super excited about) so I can just chill and run all my errands

Wow, that’s awesome that you are able to take the whole week off – I’m jealous!

Oh having the week off should make the last minute bits an pieces much easier, hope it all goes smoothly for you 🙂
How’s the weather looking for everyone? It’s forecasted for mostly sunny and 25 degrees (77 farenheit) which is just perfect!

25 degrees?! It’s been saying 23-25 forever now. The weather needs to stop being a little freaking tease and stay on target. I’m happy with clouds, as long as there’s no rain.

@Missy_Star: SO. READY. TO. GET. THE. SHOW. ON. THE. ROAD! We’re so excited!

I’ve taken the week off work too. Starting to get anxious. Spent the evening on the phone to various family members, organising meals with out of town guests etc. Can’t wait til Saturday! Looks like it’ll rain but I don’t really care. So excited.

I’ve got the whole week off too, which is great (I’m a teacher on school holidays).
The biggest problem is not being able to sleep more than 5 hours at a time… There is still lots of stuff to do, little craft things for my table decorations to finish, running order lists for the boys, ushers and drivers.
I have to finalise arrangements for the Bridal Afternoon Tea and rehearsal dinner which are both on Saturday and my wedding is going to be on the Sunday (we have a public holiday here on the Monday).
It is exciting though. I live in a country town in Australia and one of my best friends from Houston, Texas, is flying out for the wedding week. Go Team USA !!

I still have to finalize my vows and get a cake topper (yikes!) but everything else seems to be falling into place pretty nicely. Even the weather here is supposed to be 76F and SUNNY!!! So warm for October, but I’ll take it over chilly and rainy.
Fiance and I keep looking at each other incredulously and saying, “We’re getting MARRIED!”
We’ve had no fights at all, I’m so glad we work so well together.
I have to work tomorrow and Wednesday, but I’m off for a week after that so we can take our “minimoon” to Vermont. Our real honeymoon isn’t until next September, we’re riding cross country on our motorcycles!
