okay.. my deadline is Thursday… today we got our letter back from Obama. That is right, Obama was able to respond before some of our groomsmen (haha, i know its really an intern or something that sends them out, but still..)
waiting on: what is that 22? one couple DID send their rsvp back but did not check whether or not they were coming. not sure how to take that. we texted and emailed them and they have not gotten back to us. frekkin annoying.

Invites went out last week. We invited around 330, hoping for no more than 200.
It’s early yet though, the rsvp date is October 1st.
We do have 15 hotel rooms booked though. I’m so excited to come home and look in the mailbox now.

Welp, deadline is tomorrow… and we’re missing 39 out of 80 (about 180 people) invites. Yup, about 50% missing… and most of them are family!!! I’m trying to not get irritated, b/c I expected this, but its really hard not to be. Here is to hoping they all roll in by the end of the week! We’ve had maybe 2 or 3 no’s.

yes – 36
no – 7
total sent – 112
It’s so exciting to rush to the mailbox every day!

Finally! 77 Yes. That’s a PERFECT number.
My deadline is in 7 days and this is my count so far:
38 no response
So we are right at a 76% acceptance rate which is about where I hoped we would be.

My deadline isn’t until the 19th, but I’m rather frusterated by the lack of responses.
That means 74% of my invites haven’t even responded! And 10/17 that have said yes are immediate family/wedding party, so we already knew they were coming. -__-
I’m happy though because a couple of family friends (my old next door neighbors that we were really close with) that I didn’t think would be coming, since I moved 500 miles away are in fact coming to the wedding!

my invites went out yesterday and i already have 17 yes’s out of 162. having an online RSVP is seriously the way to go!
My RSVP deadline was 9/1/10. I got about 93% of them back! Yay! Just need to track down the stragglers. I am so happy that we did an early RSVP date so that we can plan out how many programs to make, how many centerpieces, favor bags, welcome bags, etc. It seems early for a 10/22 wedding, but Save-The-Date Cards were sent out in April!!
Invited: 205, targetting 160
Yes, Ready to party: 157
No, but can’t wait to see pictures: 33
Still waiting on 15 more people!

We sent out a few more (B listers).
So now our invite list is at 147.
So far we have 126 YES
and 11 NO.
I expect around 132 YES’s.

You Bees with only a handful of ‘Nos’ are scaring me! We sent out invitations on 8/27 with a 9/20 RSVP deadline. So far, we’ve got:
No: 2 (children of 2 yeses)
We’re hoping for a final count under 80. *fingers crossed*
