this weekend I am going to finish my guestbook. I was trying to paint a mailbox with our last name on it tonight, but not having much luck. Tomorrow I am going to drop off my dress at the store where I bought it and they are going to steam it for me and then I will pick it back up on thursday when I drive through on my way to my parents house. Sunday, I am going to get solar nails and a pedicure. I didn’t want to go in so soon, but my nail guy is going on a cruise this week, leaving monday. He assures me me that it will be fine to come in on sunday. I might go back in on wednesday to have them buff the nails to make them all shiny! I will also be tanning just about every day till I leave so I can look decent in pictures. I think that is about it.

Hmmm….I’ve been shopping all week looking for the final outfit choice for our second shower this Sunday and the rehearsal dinner.  I still need to find my sexy honeymoon lingerie.

Saturday:  Final hair appointment (dye, style), try on dress one last time at Davids Bridal before they press it for me.  Get wrinkles out of veil.  Decide on wedding jewelry.

Sunday: Go to church.  Go to FI’s family bridal shower.

Did I mention laundry?  It’s overflowing.  Our closet door broke.  The floor is littered with centerpieces and kitty toys.

Finish work on Mon/Tues.  Wed pick friend up at the airport who’s staying with us.  Shop for lingerie.  Thursday – pick up flowers.  Make DIY bouquets.  Wrap bridesmaids gifts.  Family comes in.  Hang with them (we hope!).  Friday –  IT BEGINS! rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, take bouquets to church to store them in their fridge.  Saturday – Wedding.

I am getting so anxious..I absolutely cannot believe that October is almost here!

This weekend I am going to meet with our preacher to go over our ceremony, print the programs, assemble the programs, search for a black kids zip up hooded jacket (bridesmaid gift), and then finish up the bridesmaid bouquets. I think that may be all for this weekend.

@lovekiss: Me– Final dress fitting; Raid Sephora; Collect the last family photo

Oooh this is a good idea.  I think I need to Raid Sephora, too…. I’ll tell Dear Fiance it was on a check list on Wedding Bee.  By now, he knows better than to question a wedding checklist 😉 LOL!

No, but seriously… We need to go buy gifts for our parents, he needs Groomsmen gifts and I need to submit the seating chart and meal choices this week.  That’s top of the list. I’d also like to buy truffles this week and start putting favors together, even though it’s still slightly early.

Ugh, I didn’t do half the things I needed to this past weekend.  I HATE when that happens!

@seven12: Sephora was an in and out in under 15 minutes mission this time. I swear, I have spent hours in there trying different primers and foundations, trying to find my perfect fit since July. Now I am golden and have exactly what I need for our day-after photo shoot. I am stoked!

@KateByDesign: We had one of those weekends last weekend, which led to me having a total snotty, cry-y breakdown. I’m sorry you didn’t get as much done as you wanted to.
