@CityBearBride:  I have been thinking the same thing for days.  The only problem I see with that is the first set of post O temps are spot on for my other cycles when I overlay the charts.  So very confusing!!  At this point I just want to see something definite.  If AF is coming I would like to get on with it waiting stinks!

Finally! AF has arrived so here we go again.

    Current Cycle Day/DPO: CD1, finally!!!

    Ovulation Date: October 16

POAS Date/Usual Cycle Length: Now 33 days thanks to my incredibly long cycle in September. Ugh.

Cycles Trying: this is our second.

BFP Plan (BD timing, supplements, etc.): We are trying the shettles method for a girl (eh, its worth a try) so the timing is specific. Got OPK tests this time around. Taking pre natals and fish oil supplements.

What are your favorite things about Fall? Any fun plans for Halloween? Pumpkin pie milkshakes at Jack in the Box. I get one a month…three months of joy! No plans for Halloween yet, we will see.

    And onward towards CYCLE 9 ๐Ÿ™ ๐Ÿ™ ๐Ÿ™

    Current Cycle Day/DPO: CD1

    Ovulation Date: October 10-14ish

POAS Date/Usual Cycle Length: Around 26-27 days so ~26 October, I guess

Cycles Trying: this is our NINTH! *sigh* – I could be about ready to pop if i’d got KU first try grrr

BFP Plan (BD timing, supplements, etc.): ummm yeah we took it easy last month – I’m not sure if I am gonna start charting again – I think we’ll try the Maybe Baby lube again this month around the FW. On the plus side I am on a 2 week break and FW falls at the end of the break so I should be more “relaxed” than usual FX

What are your favorite things about Fall? Any fun plans for Halloween? So boring but we don’t celebrate Halloween in Australia really – might get some Trick or Treat lollies because last year about 4-5 of the neighbourhood kids tried trick or treating! I would love to see a proper American celebration of Halloween ๐Ÿ™‚ It’s spring for us so I’ll have to say – I am looking forward to the warmer weather so I can get out and photograph some more – been a wet winter so not much opportunity to get outside ๐Ÿ™‚

    Roll call

Current Cycle Day/DPO: It’s been 28 days since I went off BC. Had my regular “on-the-pill-period” and still waiting for AF to show up again. So I have no idea where I’m at.

    Ovulation Date: Don’t know, haven’t O’d in 7 years.

POAS Date/Usual Cycle Length: Waiting until the end of October to POAS if AF doesn’t show by the 25th.

    Cycles Trying: First cycle

BFP Plan (BD timing, supplements, etc.): no real plan, just lots of BD. Trying not to overthink it.

Link to Chart, if any: no chart

    and for fun –

What are your favorite things about Fall? Any fun plans for Halloween? I love fall, but it’s spring here. I’m really excited about warmer days and since Daylight Savings was last night…looking forward to longer evenings in the sunshine! I love NZ in the spring and summer. My American friends here might throw a Halloween party, so maybe I’ll get dressed up this year for it, but otherwise we don’t really do halloween.

Hey ladies. October IS OUR MONTH. Baby dust, FX, good luck to everyone!

    Roll call

    Current Cycle Day/DPO: CD2

Ovulation Date: Around October 12th. Last cycle FF put O date at CD 18, but I thought it was CD 16. Also, I think my CD 1 as the first day I spotted, but FF says no, only the first day you have proper “flow.” Hmmm.

POAS Date/Usual Cycle Length: 26-28 days- so I should POAS on October 24th if AF doesn’t rear her ugly head!

Cycles Trying: This is number 4. Already feeling weary, I really really commend the ladies here who have been going through this for 6+ and 1 yr+. It is emotionally tough.

BFP Plan (BD timing, supplements, etc.):  Im on vitamins for pre-conception. Think this month I am going to take extra B6/ B complex vitamins. I think I have a short luteal phase/ possible progesterone deficiency. I may try progesterone cream this cycle. Also using OPKs and SMEP.

What are your favorite things about Fall? Any fun plans for Halloween?

We might have a Halloween party at our place… not sure yet! Also want to get away for a 3 day weekend with hubby soon. And I am trying to lose weight/ address possible PCOS issues with sugar free, dairy free, gluten free modified paleo diet. Not really feeling it is making a big difference at the moment. :-/

Trying so hard not to be a symptom spotter, but it’s so hard! (Even though it’s impossible to be having symptoms EVEN if I was lucky enough to be successful this month!) I feel horrible ALL the time, feeling sick, tired, headacheY. I know it’s just from work being stressful at the moment, but still. Lol

Just found out my husband will be out of town for work during our prime time this month… Maybe making it back for O day. I’m bummed… I had high hopes for this month and now we don’t really even have a chance.

@princessbelle:  I agree with PP. I don’t think you O’d on CD8. Try taking out the EWCM on CD8 and see what that does to your chart. My guess is without that there, FF will massively. Hange your O day

Soo it’s not even October yet, and I have to drop out this month. I was soo excited to TTC, that I was a month off with my planning. (school, work commitments).  Our first TTC cycle will be in November, not October.. does that make me a roll down? I’m not sure.

Good luck to the rest of you ladies! I’ll keep watching this board, and hope to see tons of BFPs from you all!!

@Glasgowbound:  This morning FF moved my O date to CD10.  I am just worried now that it is just going to keep moving around and possibly disappear totally.

I did something VERY silly this morning, I tested! I don’t know why! I know it’s wayyyyyyy too early! Anyway, I’ve officially set a proper POAS date – October 6th, we’re going overseas that day, so I’ll test just before we leave for the airport. I’m really hoping its positive cause I have such a cute idea to tell Fiance if it is positive. Lol but I think even that could be a touch early – it’s hard because I don’t know my cycle seeing as it’s just come back after depo. Anyway, thanks for listening ladies!

I’m trying to decide if I should POAS tomorrow. AF isn’t due until Tuesday. But I do have 3 FRER tests sitting in the bathroom… I’m 10 DPO now… Someone please talk me out of it!

@debinoxford:  The first cycle off the pill is so confusing! GL!

@salmonofmarriage:  This is #4 for us too. I hear you about getting weary… I don’t know how people do it for so long. I’m already thinking if we hit 1 year with no baby, we may just go child-free…

I had two people ask me this weekend ‘are you pregnant yet?’ And they didn’t even know we are TTC! I guess being just married and over 30 gives people the right to ask annoying questions?

@CityBearBride:  Oh hun I hear you. I foolishly told my mom that we want children soon (this was right after we got married last year). She has actually been very respectful and not asked me outright, but definitely not-so-subtle hints have come my way. Unfortunately, 3 of my good friends also know we are trying, but again, they have been pretty respectful as well, which I am so appreciative of, and it has actually made things easier (eg, they know I am on this new PCOS diet thing and have been very supportive). Still, it’s hard when one friend is in her 2nd trimester and got preggo on the first try. Also, our other friend has just lost tons of weight. So here I am- on a diet trying to lose weight, also trying to get pregnant, not being successful at either despite some serious effort! Can I just be pregnant or skinny?! Gah.

Don’t give up though! It IS normal to take a year or more to conceive, even though it feels far far far from normal now. A series of a thousand tiny miracles need to take place to have a healthy pregnancy, and that can take a lot of tries! 85% conceive within a year, but that means 15% of normal couples don’t, but if they keep trying, 95% will conceive within 2 years! I keep telling myself this.

And again, don’t mind the stupid comments. People who are not going through this really do NOT understand. They don’t mean to be hurtful or careless, but pregnancy questions, when you are actively trying and not succeeding, STING. Just try to forgive them- most people mean well!

GOOD LUCK, FX, STICKY BABY DUST! October all the way!

@CityBearBride:  As long as you KNOW it may be too early to test and wont be extra upset over a BFN go ahead and test.  If you can’t tell yourself it’s okay then wait!!  Haha I am not one to talk I have tested waaaay too many times this cycle.
