@sarfin914:  FX that you get the thread host luck this cycle!

This will sound bad of my DH but he was trying to communicate his feelings …  he’s already stressed that I am tracking data so intently when I said I wanted to NTNP. I am just not sure I have the chill to NTNP when I know how this works.

@frenchtoastvegan:  I started tracking data last month before we were trying because I was so curious to see how my body worked. That information can be used to make or prevent a baby of course, but it doesn’t have to be the main motivation! Maybe if he understood it more from that angle? I don’t if you’re the same, but I know I am one of those people that having more information (like from tracking) helps me feel MORE at peace as I don’t feel as in the dark and worried something might be wrong!

I tested on a FRER this morning (11dpo) and it’s BFN. AF is due Thursday so just waiting for her to show. BUT, I still have a second chance for the end of October!

I can’t wait to wait with all of you for the rest of the month!

@frenchtoastvegan:  Yeahhhhhh, I have absolutely no chill either. “NTNP” = me not telling my husband that I’m secretly tracking and planning BD during my FW 😂

@frenchtoastvegan:  haha I’m the same exact way. We actually moved our TTC timeline up 3 months with the intention of NTNP for those 3-4 months before we start “seriously” trying. Well lo-and-behold I started OPK/BBT tracking immediately and planned everything out as perfectly as I could control lol

@sarfin914:  Would I be able to move my POAS date to October 30th?

We have a party we’ve been invited to for that day, and I know I’ll want to test that morning. Might be too early but we’ll see!

Debated whether to roll call this month, but I still read the threads, so might as well! Thanks for running the boards again!

ROLL CALL

Your age/partner’s age: 31/35

Baby #: 1

Current cycle day/DPO: CD 6

Ovulation date:  Oct 14-ish

POAS date: Oct 28

Usual cycle length: 28-ish days

Cycles trying: 11 (and a miscarriage along the way)

BFP plan (BD timing, charting, prenatals, supplements etc.): prenatals, temping, OPKs, EOD during FW

Trying anything new this month? Getting some bloodwork done to check hormone levels and SA for DH. Hysteroscopy scheduled for next cycle to check for Asherman’s Syndrome, and already have a referral to an RE if the next couple months don’t work out for us. I’m completely in denial that we’re here…

For fun: What was your favorite Halloween costume that you’ve worn? A close tie between Minions from Despicable Me or Thing 1 and Thing 2 from Dr. Suess

We’re now edging our way into TWW paranoia, lol. I’m 7 DPO and symptom spotting. I had really bad frequent urination last night, and I’ve had creamy CM for a few days now. My BBT chart looks cleaner than normal so of course I’ve got it in my head that I’m pregnant.

I’m moving my POAS date to 10/9 – we have a wedding that night so I want to test beforehand just to make sure. I may cave and start testing on 10/8 at 9 DPO….last cycle it was helpful for me to see negatives so early on, it softened the blow of thinking I wasn’t pregnant. So I may decide to go that route again.

@fourthnoel:  Fingers crossed for you!!!

I am on cycle day 2, and already I have zero chill with the waiting game. I really hope this month is the worst of it with impatience! Thankfully the next couple months will be busy with holidays so that will be a good distraction if we’re still trying then. But lord, never has time moved so slowly!!

@fourthnoel @sarfin914 TWW “itch” is so real, so I feel for you girls!!  I really hope you both have your BFP this month and give our thread some good luck!

@CloverBells I feel you so hard on this. I’m CD1 and it’s so hard but you’re right, the holidays will help the time go by faster!  If I don’t fall pregnant this cycle, I will be attending a family wedding in Denver at the beginning of November so that will lessen the blow if I get a BFN.

@sarfin914 Can you please update my new POAS date to 10/29?  AF came today so I’m in it for another go this month. Here’s to hoping DH won’t be as stressed this FW 🤞🏻🤞🏻
