@majorairhead  It is 2mm and not actually quite sure about the side stones.. But something between 1 and 2 pointers. Could check it out for you if it’s crucial

@majorairhead  Thank you and yes, it sure is.

@majorairhead  I’ve seen many pictures of your collection but I have to say I think I love this ring the most of them. It is such a gorgeous cut and the setting is just pure vintage perfection.

@Blueberrymoon  That is a stunner!! Is it a JbG? That wedding band with french cuts(?) is to die for. I just have to feel a bit envious for here now. That set of yours is perfection.

@Blueberrymoon  Beautiful!  I think it is an Erika Winters design???  If not, it sure looks like one!

@fancykitty  I mean… if you happen to run into the paper work somewhere that tells you what they are that’d be great… 😉

But no rush! I’m in the process now of deciding what wedding band to get.

@jcent  Thank you so much for your sweet comments! 🙂 I should have added some more details. The diamond is 1.86ct OMC (or antique cushion, I am not really sure I know the difference) and the ring itself is actually my own design, made by David Klass. And yes, the band is a vintage french cut eternity from 1936 that I was lucky to stumble on at an auction.

@mrspinesol  It is so beautiful, and how awesome that you designed it. The french cut band suits the solitaire well. I’ve never actually seen one with my own eyes, but how gorgeous they look in pictures I bet it is at least as beautiful irl.

@mrspinesol  They are 0.01ct stones and the band is a bit over 2mm wide, something around 2.2mm. It is hand forged so not that precise.

@jcent  French cuts are lovely, I am so happy I found this one although it is quite thin so you have to look pretty close to see the faceting. You also have a beautiful ring! 🙂

@jcent  I forgot to say that I have been admiring your ring collection for a long time and your OMC ring with french cut side stones is stunning!
