@allinoelle:  Awww Smile congrats!!  That’s what happened to me– I suspected he was going to ask me soon… and then I found the ring!  Did you look in the ring box or did you just see the box?  I was happy I waited to look inside until he proposed.  I’m happy for you and the journey you’re about to embark on- the planning is so fun.

My ring is in the house too… I even know where lol. I figured it would be in his closet because anywhere else would be in plain sight. It’s been there for a couple months now. I’m still a waiting bee.

How exciting that you only have a couple weeks! I guess all I can say is keep your nails painted!

It is so hard to keep yourself from looking!! My SO said he wouldn’t hold onto it for long but that has been a few months. I hope your proposal comes soon! Good luck.

I totally knew when my fiancé was going to propose. I wish didnt. It was a beautiful proposal extremely romantic but me knowing before hand totally took away the spontaneity of it and a bit of the excitement because I was kind of expecting it. He didn’t tell me that he was about to do it but I had been pressuring him to either pop the question or have us goseparate ways. We had been together 8 years. So when the time came I pretty much knew it was about to happen.

Oh wow, I am so glad that my SO and I do not live in the same house yet because I would be very tempted to be constantly looking for the ring (especially since I have my theories on where he might hide it). How are you coping? Smile

Congrats. I look forward to hearing your proposal story in the coming weeks.
