For Justice of the Peace, Judge, or non-religious weddings – it depends on the officiant you find.  Some will write the ceremony for you, some will have standard stuff you can put together, and some you can just hire to stand there and read your ceremony.

Many of the priest / rabbis who officiate together will already work as a team – check out local boards, or places like TheKnot or WeddingWire for vendor options and resources.  You may be able to find an officiant who will be willing to incorporate a lot of different religions and backgrounds and traditions for you, which may be a better option than having a rabbi and priest co officiate if you don’t really care either way.
