First of all, breathe. Second of all congratulations 🙂 Perhaps wait until after your doctor’s appointment to confirm the pregnancy before you tell your Fiance. Just have a sit down with him and tell him that you went to the doctor and that you’re pregnant. Then you can work out what to do from there together.

Well, a surprise for sure but nothing you can’t handle, if it’s what you choose.

@sunshine_kar:  haha yeah I understand completely, I get anxious and stressed out easily, with occasional panic attacks. Breathing is hard to do in really anxious and stressful moments!

@sunshine_kar:  Sho, big news. And you are exhausting yourself carrying this burden all alone. Tell your FI/mom/BFF whoever you think will understand.

And CONGRATS! Maybe not exactly what you wanted to hear, but I am sure you can handle it.

First of all, congratulations! The timing may seem like it’s totally horrible but just breathe… you CAN do this and you will be able to do this! You need to tell someone (preferably your fiance) as soon as you can so that you’re not dealing with this alone.

@sunshine_kar:  DO tell them, get some input from trusted friends – it will help you deal I think. Good luck!
