I have been procrastinating working out for who knows how long and I always told myself when I got engaged THAT would be the turning point in making working out a regular thing……Didnt happen.
So, 6 months after the engagement (exactly) and just over 8 months to the wedding. Today I start. I swear! I work overnights so this morning after work I plan on getting aquainted with my eliptical machine that I have been using to hang my sweatshirts on.
My goal (and please let me know if you think this could happen) I wanna lose at least 30 lbs by the end of march and tone up my arms because they are flabby and the first thing I noticed in the pictures of me in wedding dresses. I think I will be using the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred my Fiance got me since I hear everyone saying good things about it. My ultimate goal is to lose a total of 60-70lbs and since I know that that wouldnt work with my timeline and with my dress I hope to be able to be there by my 1st wedding anniversary. I would also like to be able to run 5ks with my Padre since he has become more active with those.
