Please don’t take this as discouragement, but 30 lbs in 3 months is not a healthy weight loss…at the most you should be shooting to lose 1 to 2 lbs a week.

I’m a personal trainer and I would advise you to ease into it…get your body into better aerobic shape and then take it on from there. Setting possibly unattainable goals for yourself might just lead disappointment and might make ya want to give up.

I think you could get close.  fiya said 1-2 lbs a week, so you have approx 12 weeks at 2 lbs per week is 24 lbs.  Sounds pretty close.  I am right there with you!  I have to drop at least 40-50 by June 1.
