WTH???  I feel bad for you, but at the same time it’s kind of comical how this seamstress woman is behaving!  Who does she think she is? Seriously…

Surprised

This is ridiculous. Is there any way to contact your credit card company and discuss the failed service (alterations)? (This might have already been suggested – I should have read through the comments on your last post, but after reading both of them, I’m still trying to pick my jaw up off the floor)

Other than that all I can say is leave detailed and thorough vendor reviews. It sounds like the saleswoman you dealt with was wonderful. This would be great info for a bride like me, who’s ok with picking up a dress at one shop but getting it altered elsewhere.

That seamstress needs to be fired. Can’t believe that the owner is letting her ruin her business for her!

Seriously, WTH???  How does this woman have a job?  I don’t understand the owner putting up with this, if they clearly see she is in the wrong.  You should not have to deal with this.  I hope everything turns out as it should!

Please ask for a refund on your alterations and go somewhere else. They do not deserve your business.

Jaw on the floor.  Say what?!  You better give this place a super bad review on their alterations.  I’m so sorry you had to go through this, so unreal!

The owner at least seems to be trying to accommodate you, you might try to get your alteration money refunded and take the dress elsewhere.  That is just downright horrible.  I’m so sorry for you.

This is so nuts!! I remember when you posted your first bad experience, so I can’t believe it happened again. Honestly, it sounds like the alterations people are crazy! Hopefully the shop owner will actually step in and make sure this gets done properly… fingers crossed for you!

WTF– I would tell the owner you are going to make sure NO ONE EVER GOES TO HER BUSINESS. word of mouth can be the best/worst thing for a store! She is an idiot and needs to fire that seamstress. By not doing so, she is enabling this bitch

Please go somewhere else for your alterations. You don’t deserve to be treated this way.
