oh man…ive been in your shoes many times during our engagement.  I think a lot of it has to do  with the fact that we’re only doing this one time, so there’s a need for everything to be perfect!  What helped me was making appointments to go see my venue and my dress.  It reminded me of why I loved them so much in the first place.  As for the rest, just remember that you choose them all for a reason.  I realize it doesn’t help that there’s so many magazines and websites that make us go “oooooo” and “aahhh”….

I’m sure everything is going to look beautiful. We will always have “what if’s” in our mind. In the end though, if it still doesn’t feel right, there may still be time to change things up a bit.  If this is the route you decide to go, give it a lot of thought, because you don’t want to end up regretting a change in decision.

i’ve been there too! pp is right – we expect everything to be perfect, and looking at wedding blogs does not help.

remember that everything is perfect for you. most importantly, take a break from wedding planning — it’s overwhelming, and it sounds like you need a little space for a week or so.

Ohhh I’m sure you’ve not made any mistakes along the way. The problem is you have to choose and make decisions sooo far in advance…and then you see or hear about another place or idea that you also like ALOT, which makes you start doubting your plans.

I know that’s happened to me, but the choices you’ve made were because you LOVED them and they will make your day special! List out why your dress, your colors, your venue, etc…are great choices for you and your Fiance.

In my experience you really do need to step away from the planning from time to time to prevent insanity. Perhaps you need a spa day. I know I do!

I think all pp are on the ball as far as things that can contribute.  I especially agree with having to choose so early and then seeing newer trends for next year/season.  Try taking focal point pics of venue, colors, flowers, etc from you actual chocies, not your inspiration board, rather make a board of your actual choices, I know being able to look at my pictures of what were the things for me REALLY helps.  Also, stop looking!!!  LOL, easy to say hard to do but if you found your cake, don’t look at any others, etc.  That can drive you mad!!!!

Trust yourself, there was something that made you pick what you did, trust it will all make sense again when it comes together.
