So I have my wedding dress – BHLDN’s Marivana – which I love. It checks all my boxes: it’s comfortable, easy to move in (won’t need help going to the bathroom!) and is low-maintenance – no train or the need for a bustle or anything. Aside from getting cups sewn in, I didn’t need to make any alterations, but now that I have my wedding shoes I’m a bit worried that it’s slightly too short (as in, you can see my shoes peek out a little from the dress; it doesn’t hit the floor). I can always go for shorter heels, since the ones I have are 3 3/4″, but my shoes match the sash perfectly and are comfortable. Also I don’t want to start the whole process of looking for shoes again.
I thought it was on the border of being ok, but when I showed the picture to my sister she asked about the length, which makes me think it’s too short. Other opinions would be great! (and sorry for the low-quality pictures).

To me, it’s a little on the short side. Beautiful dress though.

It’s beautiful and doesn’t need to hit the floor. No changes needed!

How does it look when you walk?
I do think it’s a bit short with those heels.

Agree with the otheres… it’s a bit short.

Mine is the same length. It was shorter then I was picturing, but this way people will just get a peek at my shoes. Don’t worry about it at all!

It’s a little short. Can you wear shorter shoes?

Looks lovely….. Congrats on your dream dress 🙂 would a heel an inch lower be an option? Xx

Beautiful Dress! It’s not too short but it is a bit shorter than many gowns. Length is a matter of personal preference. I am 5’7″ and many of my dresses do not touch the floor once I put on heels.
