That’s really strange.  I’m sure you’ll be able to fit in it soon though!  Good luck!

Dont eat bread. It always makes my stomach bigger. Drink lots of water and cut down on portions. And exercise everyday. Youll thin out fast.

If you haven’t gained weight, have you lost a bit of muscle and gained water instead due to the salet content of your food? Water is bulkier, so you will look larger even if you weigh the same. Case in point… I was a UK 6 (US 2) at 8st (112lb) and also at 9 1/2 st (133lb). The difference was the muscle I was packing!

Cut salt, sugar and processed foods. Drink water. If it is water weight, you should lose it within 4-5 days that way.

Good luck, I am sure you will be fine and fit in your dress.

Totally agree to avoid bread, and just drink water 🙂

I was getting my dress taken in and out the week leading to my wedding. One day it was falli down, next I couldn’t do it up. Is the weather and temperature hot and cold where you are? When it was hot I couldn’t fit into my dress but cool weather it was fine if not a little loose… Just an idea

Girllll…I swear I fluctuate litterally 2 sometimes 3 inches in my waist depending on my hormones and what iv’e been eating….

you could probably sit in the sauna and then that dress would zip right up…don’t worry about it, just stay away from the salt.

@Wishing0nStars:  This sounds really weird and probably is Too Much Information, but I get very bloated a few days before my period comes and I actually wear a bigger bra and my jeans fit a little more snug for those couple of days…I don’t know if that’s how it is with you, but if it is, then I wouldn’t worry about the dress not fitting yesterday!
