It means you did a good job cleaning it. Actually, the oil leaves a very thin layer that makes it look shiny. Don’t worry your ring is fine! I hope I understood your question.

It means your stone has combination skin and can tend to look a bit oily at times/is acne prone… I recommend oil blotting sheets for your stone.

My answer would be yes! I am not an expert but know about materials in general. Did you wiped it with your hands (without using a special cloth)? If that’s the case, then the oil comes from your skin. If you don’t want to damage the crystal surface use a special cloth to clean it.
