My advise to to you, purchase a Clarisonic. Best thing I EVER did for my skin. I had extreamly oily skin and broke out all the time. I’ve been using the Clarisonic cleanser for over a year now, and my skin has never looked so good! I even got my hair dresser to buy one and she LOVES it!! Good luck!

Remember, it also takes about 28 days for your skin to adjust to a product! Your skin cells need time to rejuvenate!

@MrsKnox: Yes! OP remember that any new product needs about a month before it will show results so don’t be too hasty to dismiss something if it hasn’t worked well in 2 weeks. Remember that things may even get worse before they get better too.

@Mrs Hoot: I have very oily skin as well and I use Hourglass Cosmetics Mineral Veil Primer and it is amazing. It works with pretty much any make up, does not clog pores and maintains your look for hours.
For make up itself try Hourglass Cosmetics Immaclate Liquid Powder Foundation. It took them years to develop and there are thousands of reviews from other oily skinned woman lording it as the ONLY make up that lasts 12+ hours. It goes on as a liquid and becomes a buildable powder foundation that does not clog pores. I add a little Bare Minerals Matte powder on top for added smoothing. I am a definite believer and wear it daily. I posted a thread here about how I tried it out for the first time as a Bridesmaid or Best Man in my cousin’s wedding. At midnight I still looked perfect despite sweating and moving all day. It is truly amazing. They are redoing their packaging but you can order it over the phone is the old packaging (online not available currently).
I also top it off with Urban Decay All Nighter finishing spray.
